Alana
king has been involved in the property market for some 17 years initially working for
national Estate Agents with offices throughout the Poole, Bournemouth, Wimborne and
Christchurch areas of Dorset.
During
the last 11 years Alana has gained invaluable experience
working for an independent estate agent with 5 offices within New Forest Hampshire.
Having been involved in valuing a wide variety of
property in the country and along the coast, Alana decided in June 1998 to
start her own business using her expertise in the housing market to assist
purchasers in their home search. Whilst initially specialising in
Hampshire & Dorset, due to changing and difficult housing market
conditions and to meet Client needs, Alana has often found herself
searching for property in the neighbouring counties of Somerset, Wiltshire
and West Sussex.
